Mental Health First Aid is a practical skills-based education program that equips people with the skills and confidence needed to recognise and respond to someone they know who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis. This course will be offered to parents/carers for the first time over 4 consecutive Thursdays in Term 2 (weeks 1-4), 5:30-9pm. Parents/carers must attend all 4 sessions to become accredited.
